How long does my order take to ship?

Because our products are made to order, unless it states otherwise in the item description, the time to process your order normally takes 5-7 business days from the time you place your order. Once your order is processed we will ship it and send you a tracking number to follow it’s progress.

Item damaged in shipping? 

If you receive an order that has been damaged during shipping, please notify us upon receipt. Save and photograph all packing material, the box, along with the damaged item and forward photo’s to our e-mail contact@cuttingedgelazer.com. We will then contact you regarding replacement.

What is your return policy? 

Because most of our items are custom and personalized, we do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your order, please notify us upon receipt. If it is our mistake we will gladly take care of it.

Can I cancel my order? 

We do not accept order cancellations. If you have questions about a product please contact us prior to placing your order.
